1. App Purpose

solana poker is a local poker game with optional Solana wallet connection and Sign-In with Solana through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.

The App is provided for entertainment and wallet-based identity functionality. The App does not provide financial, investment, banking, brokerage, exchange, payment, casino, betting, wagering, or gambling services.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

The App does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, betting, casino games for money, sweepstakes, prizes of monetary value, or cash-out features.

You must not use the App to conduct unlawful gambling, wagering, betting, or other restricted activity.

3. Wallet Use

If you choose to connect a Solana wallet:

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting wallet prompts.
• You should never share your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or recovery credentials with the App or any person.
• The App does not custody, control, or recover your wallet or assets.
• Wallet software is provided by third parties and is governed by its own terms and policies.
